The Chateau by Angel Strawbridge Scented Candles

The Chateau is a delight to the senses. During the winter months, Dick and Angel are lucky enough to have the house filled with fresh decorations from the garden and often burn a candle in their entrance hall. The fragrances travel around the Chateau and many guests comment that they would like to capture the aroma and take it home with them, so we have made it possible, by collaborating with Sandy Bay, a home-grown candle expert! Her natural wax blend is beautiful, with a coconut wax inclusion for maximum effectiveness. We’ve done lots of research and are pleased to say that they give a clean burn of around 40 hours. All candles are hand poured into The Chateau branded glasses   They can also be re-used after they have finished burning and are perfect for tea lights!

Walled Garden:
Our Walled Garden candle comes in a light pink glass, etched with The Chateau logo and small illustrations inspired by the garden. The glasses are 30cl.

The Orangery:
Our Orangery candle comes in a light yellow glass, etched with The Chateau logo and small illustrations inspired by the Orangery. The glasses are 30cl. Scent: orange blossom, rosemary and basil, accented with hints of cedar wood, oak moss, and woody freshness.

Mademoiselle Daisy:
Our Mademoiselle Daisy candle comes in a light blue glass, etched with The Chateau logo and small additions of the joyful Mademoiselle Daisy print. The glasses are 30cl. Scent: fresh scent of peppermint and spearmint, mixed with fruits such as lemon and apple. Leading into a floral accord of jasmin, lily and rose with an underlying smell of sandalwood and sweet powdery musks.

Boudoir:
Our Boudoir candle comes in a black glass, etched with a simple version of The Chateau logo. The glasses are 30cl. Scent: Fruit nots of tart blackcurrant, apple and sweet pineapple. A heart of jumper berries, wood birch and patchouli lie on a sensual base of vanilla, musk and oakmoss.

White Forest:
Our White Forest candle comes in a white glass, etched with The Chateau logo and small additions of the enchanting of woodlands. The glasses are 30cl. Scent: Fresh green pine needle top notes are infused by frosty white sparkling tones of mandarin and bergamot. The heart is composed of fir balsam, eucalyptus and geranium, on a bed of fine cedar, patchouli and a hint of white musk.
